FEATURED ARTISTPatrick McGoey
Pat McGoey was born in Toronto and has been painting since the late 1990’s. His early years working in print publishing graphic arts gave him an eye for colour and design. In 2014 and 2015, Pat worked with concrete trades’ people to learn about materials, concrete pigments and dyes, and finishing. After certification he went on to create his series of paintings and table title Stone Reflections in Concrete.
In 2016, Pat’s love of landscape painting, the great outdoors and working with other artist launched a year long painting trip from Toronto to Florida, up the east coast and across Canada. Much of the trip was following the routes of the Group of Seven, interacting and painting with fellow artist and visiting some of the most renown galleries.
